Why I do what I do
My aim is to coach clients to understand that their fitness and wellbeing is a journey, a learning process and that it doesn’t just end when you’ve reached your goal(s). My aim is to help you
Ultimately my aim is to help you reach the point at which YOU are happy, have understood what you’ve learnt and how to implement it in your everyday life.
My aim is to encourage you. It’s been proven that you’ll achieve your goals more quickly, if you’re encouraged to understand your body more and how to maintain the results you’ve worked hard for.
My aim is to Empower you to be positive about what you are trying to achieve. Yes, with the right internal and external motivation you will achieve your results however, the most important part of your fitness and wellbeing journey is how to maintain those results and how to incorporate what you’ve learned into your new and improved lifestyle. Remember you’ve invested a lot in yourself to be the best you can be, so maintaining what you’ve achieved whether it’s becoming a healthier weight, becoming stronger, increasing your confidence, or feeling fitter and healthier is key.

How the process works

Step 1
book your complementary 60 minute consultation to take place by zoom or phone call, the choice is yours.
Your consultation will include:
- Health History and medical status
- Discuss your goals and objectives – what you want to achieve
- Discuss your lifestyle and previous exercise experience.
- Agree your outcomes and what you’ll need to do to achieve them.
- Health and Fitness measurements


Step 3 - Pricing
- In-person sessions from £50 bought in blocks of 4
- Online coaching from £35 per week over a six week programming period.
